Meet our new pronunciation coach. Dela will be helping me in the community of practice. Starting from August 14, she'll be teaching a small group. You get 4 pronunciation lessons with a professional pronunciation coach (in addition to everything else in the community) for only $60 a month. 4 private lessons with a native-speaking professional would cost you at least $300.
Dela will make sure that you master your vowels. She'll help you understand what you're doing wrong in your mouth, and how to fix it.
The FOCUS of each small group class is immediate self-correction and conscious application of correct pronunciation patterns in spontaneous conversations.

Many people pay hundreds and thousands of dollars to get their resume done.
Non-native speakers pay even more because they don't know how to show their expertise in English and create a professional document. Your resume is your #1 marketing tool when you're looking for a job.
I paid career coaches too...so that I can write and update my own resume any time, without needing a coach again.
I have helped hundreds of non-native speakers (mostly C-level executives) write a professional resume.
I work with both employees and independent creators and teachers. You need a resume in any case: either to get a job or to get clients.
When you know what you're doing, it's easier, even when it seems difficult.
When you've done it before, it's easier to do it again, even it it looks insurmountable again.
If you need a professional resume in English too (including a cover letter and a strong LinkedIn profile), you can do either of the two:
1. Do it yourself. Join the community of practice and do the SPRINT! Resume (as a community member, you get 50% off)
2. Book and individual session with me and let me help you write a winning resume.

"I lost 10 kilos and stopped procrastinating at work as I did the program", she told me.

Isn't it beautiful that a human can heal, self-regulate, and improve all areas of life once their meta-skills become strong enough?
Once I realized that learning any skill must help people develop their meta-skills, I started developing down-to-earth methods to improve meta-skills. They help you learn new skills faster and boost your ability to apply new knowledge quickly.
You can't learn them in a book. You can't learn them separately from the subject you're learning. They must be practiced.
So, we practice them.
And the results have been....astonishing.
Join the new cohort and start taking your practice seriously. You have no idea how much power you have.
Take your English confidence to the next level and practice CLARITY in your communication.
We start on August 6.

When I started helping people with their Writing skills, I had no idea where my own practice would take me. Writing FOR native speakers and getting reactions like this is priceless. It means I have learned something. It means I CAN write for native speakers. I CAN reach their hearts and tell relatable stories.
And most importantly, I'm so much better at learning today than when I started my practice. I learn faster, I make new iterations with less effort, I see more, and I write more.
If you're a community member, please WRITE! Post your work in the Writing Studio. Go back to the Creative Writing Practice if you participated and listen to the editor's feedback again. It might seem like it's taking forever, and you're moving one millimeter a year.... But it's not true.
You're probably one millimeter away from making better progress. Stop doiing the things that don't matter and start spending more time doing the things that help you achieve your goals.
Stop scrolling. Start practicing.
We learn from people. That's the only right way to learn. Don't try to do it alone. You can gain information on your own. You don't need people to scroll, read, and watch Youtube. However, to implement what you've learned, you need people and their feedback.
If you're not a community member yet, join us! Apply here.
Start practicing the right way and enjoy your progress.
P.S. Remember to send a video/audio message! Without it, the applications won't be considered.
I asked my American tutor to give me feedback on my writing skills. Watch his reaction :)

A new episode with @delateaches is coming out soon!
Dela will be helping our community members with their pronunciation. I know from experience that the hardest part about improving pronunciation is mastering the English vowel sounds.
Listening to correct English all day long is not enough. Producing the right vowel sounds consistently, especially in spontaneous situations, takes a lot fo work.
You should not be doing this work alone. The fastest way to learn is to learn from caring, human feedback.
Dela will help the community members correct their unconscious speaking patterns and teach them the correct mouth position for every sound of English that they're struggling with.
To learn in a small group with Dela, you need to:
- be a community member
- have the Daring Learner + membership
- be active in the community
Fill out the form to get on the waiting list (as of now, the group is full). But in case someone cancels or gets sick, you'll be the first person we reach out to!

If you decide to learn something SO THAT you never have to learn it again, you're not going to learn much.
Most online courses sell you the idea of taking ONE course and changing your life forever.
For example, there're many courses titled "From Intermediate to Advanced". They promise to take your English skills to the advanced level.
I don't know EVEN one person who took such a course and immediately after completing it started speaking, writing, and thinking in more "advanced" English.
What these courses do is they explain to you the grammar that you need to know to pass the language exam and get the "advanced" certificate.
Listening to someone explain grammar to you or doing a few grammar exercises from the course will not help you speak with correct grammar in spontaneous situations.
Only regular practice and quality feedback will transform your skills and change your current norm.
You need a practice routine, and it must be deliberate, well-structured, sustainable, and creative. It must bring you JOY.
Join the community of practice and learn to practice the right way. All members get access to my course "9 essential skills to native-like fluency" as a gift. I don't explain grammar in the course. I show you the exercises that you can do yourself, without the "experts". I also give everyone individual feedback.
Learning is not suffering.... It's not what you do SO THAT you never have to do it again.
Learning is change. If you're ready for a real change, you will find a way to practice daily.
CLARITY is when you see the reality of things, not the potential of things.
A lot of people are so in love with the potential of having a better life, as promoted by influencers, that they refuse to see the reality of their situation.
πββοΈ Here is a story of Jane.
Jane wants a promotion because she feels she deserves it. Her English skills are not enough to lead team meetings and do product webinars for clients, but she doesn't do anything about it because the promotion interview is scheduled for the end of the year. She thinks she has time. She has a plan: she'll hire a coach two weeks before the interview, and the coach will help her nail that interview! She puts all her faith in the coach, having no faith in herself.
When December comes, she realizes she can't afford the coach that she wants. She hires another one only to find out that she is not ready to answer spontaneous interview questions in English, and there is no way she can learn that skill in just two weeks.
Jane lost her money and her promotion.
She waited until December refusing to see that learning a skill takes longer than 2 weeks.
πββοΈ Here is a story of Ben
Ben has put on some weight and doesn't like his physique any more. He doesn't go to the gym or do any physical exercise because he assumes that he will need about two months to get in great shape. This is what he remembers about his 25-year old self who used to go to the gym 5 days a week. He tells himself that he will start going to the gym and gain muscle in a matter of just 2 months ...when the time comes. But for now...let's have another beer.
Time passes, he ignores his regular workouts, only to find that he needs more time to reach his fitness goals as he gets older.
Ben spent two months in the gym, working his ass off, and all he has achieved is that he's feeling tired all the time.
Ben's reality is that he has lost muscle, and his metabolism has changed too. He needs to go back to basics and learn to eat well again. He needs to start with easier workouts and give his body time to adapt. But Ben doesn't want to see this. He's is in love with the potential of getting fit.
Jane's reality is that her English skills are not enough. She needs to work on them every day instead of looking for a crash course. She needs to make time for her practice and give herself time to internalize the new skills. But she doesn't want to see that. She is in love with the potential of getting promoted and refuses to recognize or actively change her reality.
Meet Alex. He recently moved to the UK, where he leads a team of English native-speaking consultants in a life-science company.
It warms my heart to see that students continue doing the exercises AFTER the course, in their daily lives because now they CAN.
Thank you, @lxsavin, for allowing me to share your insights and conclusions after taking the Native-Like Fluency program.
I met Alex 5 years ago. I watched him change jobs, get promoted a few times, relocate to a new country, and gain a lot of confidence.
I'm asking you to start taking your life and your practice seriously. You have no idea how much power you have if you stop giving it away.
What you do every day matters a lot more than what you do once a year. Choose active practice over passive learning.
I'm inviting you to join the upcoming cohort of the Native-Like Fluency. I will show you what you need to be doing every day to get to that level.
I will walk this path with you and give you a lot of honest, caring, human feedback.
Don't wait another 6 months waiting. Use the next months to finally take your English skills AND your career to the next level.
