The Paradoxical Static Dynamics of Deception The mind and our senses can easily be deceived after all magicians and illusionist make a living and are masters of the proverbial slight of hand. There are many crafty people that use deception in leading us to believe that which is partly true or even false. Maybe self deception is at play here and it has purpose. Advertisers can purposely mislead the consumer, the politician their constitutes, teachers and professors their students, scientist their followers, religious leaders their faithful, parents their children, couples their partners, friends their friends, and yes, self to self. Is it possible to have full proof way of knowing what is presented is actually true or do we have to have a certain degree of faith based on a level of trust?
