Nintendo apparently actually suing Yuzu devs, lawsuit doesn't appear to have grounds and I don't think corporate bias is going to even help Nintendo win. Case was also filed in a state that doesn't have that crooked of a justice system, relative in the US, so likely not helping Nintendo's case. Yuzu is doing business as usual, and the worst case scenario is they move to France who have actively told Nintendo to fuck off in these types of cases. Still scary as all hell.
