A wrecked Soviet column, a result of a Finnish Motti. This battle receiving the name “Rykmenttimotti” (Regiment's motti) Pitkyarantsky / Pitkärannan District, Karelia, 1 February 1940.
This motti provided the finns with spoils of war like 30 anti-tank guns, 32 field cannons and 20 tanks, among others.
Motti is Finnish military slang for a totally encircled enemy unit. Literally meaning the formation of an isolated block or "motti", but in effect meaning an entrapment or envelopment.
Can be referred to as a cubic meter of firewood, a relatively small area in which an encircled enemy could be "cut down" like trees. A motti in military tactics therefore means the formation of "bite sized" enemy units which are easier to contain and deal with.
A perfect tactic against the invading soviets as they were forced to stay along roads, due to the thick forest and numerous lakes. Leaving them a vulnerable target for the finns.
Photographer unknown, was provided by Sa-kuva.

The photograph of the German architect Carl Weber and his wife Emily Stratford was taken in 1850, a few hours after her death.
If you look closely, you can see the threads holding the woman's body in place.

‘After 1945 Hitler was accused of every cruelty, but it was not in his nature to be cruel. He loved children. It was an entirely natural thing for him to stop his car and share his food with young cyclists along the road. Once he gave his raincoat to a derelict plodding in the rain. At midnight he would interrupt his work and prepare the food for his dog Blondi. He could not eat meat, because it meant the death of a living creature...'- Leon Degrelle, 'The Enigma of Hitler'

2015: Ethereum is a "failed project" with failing technology. The coin is worth $0.5
2017: Seems to be a successful project. The price is already $500.
2020: Already $1,400
2021: Why didn't you buy it right away! One Ethereum coin is now worth $3,700 USD!
Does that mean that you could have made 795,000 USD out of 100 USD?
Yes, that's right. It seems that there won't be such opportunities anymore, but that's not true. Today there are HUNDREDS of these opportunities. Every day, there are dozens of companies, coins, and currencies that are growing even faster than Ethereum. And all you have to do to notice them is to read the May Club channel.
