عند كتابة المعادلة = Vlookup(F1;A1:C100;4;0) ظهرت النتيجة REF# ما السبب؟

من أبرز الأسباب الشائعة لظهور الخطأ  REF# الذي يرمز إلى مرجع غير صالح : 1- حذف الخلايا التي تعتمد عليها المعادلة إذا كانت المعادلة تشير إلى خلايا معينة ثم تم حذف هذه الخلايا  يصبح المرجع غير صالح مثال: =SUM(A1:A10) عند حذف العمود A  ستظهر REF# وكذلك الامر ان كانت الدالة معتمد على صف وتم حذفه 2- حذف ورقة عمل تعتمد عليها المعادلة إذا كانت المعادلة تشير إلى نطاق في ورقة أخرى وتم حذف هذه الورقة فلن يستطيع Excel الوصول إلى النطاق مثال: =SUM(Sheet1!A1:A10) عند حذف الورقة Sheet1 ستظهر REF# 3- طلب صف أو عمود غير موجود في الدوال التي ترجع إلى مرجع فيحدث الخطأ عندما يحاول المستخدم استخدام الدالة للإشارة إلى صف أو عمود خارج نطاق البيانات. مثال: لنفترض أن البيانات موجودة في النطاق A1:A5، وكتبت المعادلة: =INDEX(A1:A5,6) النطاق يحتوي على 5 صفوف فقط لكن المعادلة طلبت الصف السادس فتظهر REF# وكذلك إذا طلبت عمود غير موجود ضمن النطاق سيظهر الخطأ نفسه.
