If you can accept the flaws of others, if you can overlook the red flags, if you can forgive them without apology, why can't you be kind to yourself? Why do you feel ashamed of your shortcomings? Why are your flaws so cringeworthy when you can live with inadequacies of others?
Decide the pace at which you want to go. Don't turn life into a race. It is meant to be lived and your moments are meant to be cherished. You get to decide your speed, without external interference, without comparison.
Nobody is perfect. Everyone is battling something in their lives. Be open to hear them out. Be more kind & less judgmental. Don't draw impulsive conclusions. What you assume might be completely different from real situation. Sometimes it's good to be more flexible & less stubborn

Everyone has wounds & struggles. You can stay by their side, supporting them as they work out their way. You can't make change happen for them. It's their journey. Don't get so occupied in their life that you stop focusing on your own journey. That's your greatest responsibility.

Purpose of life is to feel joy, not to look for joy in great things only. Notice little joys in each moment. Life is nothing but these moments woven together. Cherish life's gifts you take for granted. Let them add to quality of your life. Life is too short to be spent worrying.
allow your mistakes to turn into valuable lessons, transform your regrets into personal testimonies, accept what is done to create space for better things to come; this is how you open up more pockets for your healing.
If you couldn't make it better by stressing, overthinking & holding back, it is time to change the mindset. Try trusting the process & stop fighting what you can't change. Try believing more & controlling less. It may give you courage to take decisions that can change your life.
Forgive yourself for allowing them to behave in the ways you never deserved. Forgive yourself for accepting everything unhealthy for you. The least you can do now is to show yourself compassion and love and do that a lot. It's time to start working on your self-worth.
hold yourself accountable for the roles you played in your own pain, but never hold on to the mistakes attached to how you may have let yourself down; you deserve to heal without the past and self resentment being a constant barrier as you navigate to more healed versions of you.
Don't underplay your little wins everyday. It doesn't always have to look grand. Progress is a progress. You don't have to be superhuman to prove that you are worth celebrating. Sometimes leaving the bed in the morning is a victory. Small steps are a big deal. Every effort counts
Life doesnât take breaks to allow us to catch our breath. Fate wonât hold back while we adjust our footing. Time canât be paused so we can brace ourselves for whatâs coming. Life just hits. And, when it hits, all you can do at times is take it. But, that doesnât mean you have to allow it to take you down. Youâre not a victim of circumstance unless you allow yourself to be one.
Sure, thereâs a good chance that life really is working you over right now. Maybe life is indeed hitting you with the olâ one-two punch more often than ever before â Iâve been there â but as long as you keep fighting, youâre doing exactly what you need to do in order to set yourself up for that âbreakâ youâre looking for. Catching a break is a lot like catching a wave: you have to actively paddle if you want the wave to take you. (I donât even surf and I know that.)
Hereâs the thing: shitty shit happens. Sometimes, in rapid succession. It happens to you, it happens to me, and it has definitely happened to anyone youâve chosen to idolize or envy for whatever reason. Occasionally, these hits come so hard and fast that simply getting up in the morning feels like facing the ten-count of a title fight. And, every time we feel overwhelmed by too much, or too little, itâs imperative that we look back on all the times that weâve felt this way before. To have come as far as you already have in life, youâve had to overcome a barrage of lifeâs punches, and youâll do it again.
Circumstances that you thought would be the end of you actually ended up making you. Look back on every time in your life that you were going through something that you felt you wouldnât survive: a devastating heartbreak, the death of a pet, the loss of a job, a life-threatening injury, etc. If youâre alive (which you must be if youâre reading this), youâve pulled yourself through some shit that felt impossible at the time. Replay those successes and use them as affirmations that youâre capable of getting through this situation.
In other words, if youâre frustrated and depressed by a variety of things in life that are âjust not going right,â that doesnât mean itâs time to hang up your gloves and call it good. If anything, it might just mean itâs time to fight dirty. Now, Iâm not suggesting that you start breaking some laws and shit, but if youâre truly feeling suffocated by life, itâs time to start rethinking how youâre going about things. And, well, sometimes you have to get dirty before you can get clean. Meaning, the muck that youâre currently dwelling in might just be the test you need to prove to yourself that youâre capable of handling anything.
Lastly, to wrap this up as an easy-to-remember one-liner: When nothing in life seems to be going your way, all you can do is, well, keep going . . .
People change, feelings fade, and only closed-minded individuals remain the same forever. In other words, instead of being too quick to judge someone's past behavior, remember the fact that you, yourself, were once somebody you'd consider wrong, naive, or different altogether.
