Good friend of mine is open for commissions ~

Because the trip and some other things ate up more free time than I anticipated, Im moving the deadline for the second sketch batch from the 22nd to the 29th :> with luck they'll all be done far before then.

Back home safe and sound after a trip down to Texas and a very very long drive back I grabbed the rest of my things from my parent's place that I haven't had in years and mom's old car. It will be an amazing change to my quality of life to have my own vehicle and I'm very grateful It was great to see friends and family, but overall the trip was very distressing. A lot went wrong while I was visiting and I didn't get to spend as much time with my brothers as I had hoped. The drive back 1200 miles was just painful, and a bit uncomfortable being alone as a queer person through the southern states in the middle of fuck nowhere. I have a lot a lot of unpacking to do, some closing shifts at my dayjob, and a lot of catch up with art and journals, so I'll still be pretty spotty for a few more days~ finally started to wind down a bit last night.

Im very proud to announce that I've finished the sketch batch within a week of accepting the entries :3 That's huge, and proves to myself that I'm more consistent and reliable than I used to be by leaps and bounds. I've come so far this year ;u; Onward to more adventures~ Thanks yall I overworked every piece and didn't follow the wingit process like I intended, I'll need to adjust accordingly in the future and make them separate slots. it seems lately I don't want to make very fast sketches most of the time more quick turnout sketch batches to come~ keep your eyes out in a couple weeks ❤️ I would do some sooner but I have a trip and extra hours in my day job coming up

I did a lot of studies this week trying to fine tune some brushes and work on my sketching techniques. Im trying to suss out some fine details of what my taste in sketch lineart actually is I've snuck in a page of concepts on a project a friend and I are collaborating on~ There will be more announced on that in the future. I know we have a few fans of a certain dragon in here and you're about to see a lot more art of her
