CW: self harm, mental health vent arts we've made things like this for a long time and rarely post them. I've realized by now all the different handwritings and colors are my headmates expressing themselves on my art. now we do it a little more deliberately and I invite them to work with me I do art like this regularly and keep it to myselves. it looks dark but it helps us cope with what we experience in a positive way overall :> A few days ago was DID awareness day. DID may cause plurality but plurality is not a disorder, the trauma and dissociation are. all of us are so happy to have eachother as headmates and be aware of it, and we tend to our gardens of hurt ones together We're learning how to make peace with a lot, the past year has been one of the most surreal of my life I don't want anyone to worry about me, I promise I'll be fine. but hugs and well wishes and enough money to cover a pizza or a vape pen helps a lot ❤️
