ββRohida trek
Rohida, or Vichitragad as it is also known, is a Fort nearest to Pune, a destination which is a must on every trekker's to-do list. The windy, beautiful and spectacular fort is located in the Western Ghats near Bhor Village around 61km away from the city of Pune. The fort was built during the Yadava rule and was one of the 23 forts handed over by Marathas to the Mughals in the Treaty of Purandar. The base village of the trek is Bajarwadi, around 7km away from Bhor. Stay and food arrangements can be found at Bajarwadi and Khanapur villages. You can also stay at the top of the fort at Rohidmalla.

ββZero Mile Marker
Zero Mile Marker is a monument built by the British for the Great Trigonometrical Survey of India. The monument has a pillar, a small stone to represent the zero mile mark and four stucco horses. However, there is no evidence that the monument is actually the geographical centre of India. The marker was used by the British to measure distances.

ββHAR HAR GANGE WATERFALLS
Since nothing else can match the calm offered by waterfalls, Har Har Gange Waterfalls is among the top tourist places in Thane where one can embrace the feeling of tranquillity. The Raman Science Centre is an interactive science centre located in Nagpur that is affiliated with Mumbaiβs Nehru Science Centre and was developed with the objective of promoting a scientific attitude amongst the masses. The centre was established on 7 March in 1992, following which the planetarium was made functional on 5 January 1997. Various science exhibitions are carried out in the centre which show the growth of science and technology and the application of this science in human welfare and industries. The centre got its name from the famous winner of the Nobel Prize, the Indian physicist Mr Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman. The centre thereby supports a scientific bent of mind and attitude.
