You are required to immediately cease:
β’ Advertising or publishing our offers, vacancies, services, or company information;
β’ Presenting yourself as our representative, recruiter, partner, or affiliated party;
β’ Contacting our partners, recruiters, employers, or associated entities without our prior written authorization.
Any promises, commitments, guarantees, negotiations, or representations made by your side remain solely under your responsibility and liability.
Particular attention is drawn to Articles 33β42 concerning Confidential Information and Non-Disclosure, which remain permanently valid and enforceable regardless of termination or expiration of cooperation.
This notice serves as our official written declaration. Any objection must be submitted to our team within seventy-two (72) hours from publication of this notice. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of this declaration, and no subsequent complaint or objection shall be entertained.
