Definition of Prophetic Medicine: Prophetic medicine is a collection of medical advices that was brought to us by prophet Mohammad peace be upon him in hadiths which he agreed on or prescribed it to others. It cures sickness of hearts, souls and bodies. Also, he used it to heal himself as well as his family and companions may Allah be pleased with them. And not every medicine is like prophet Mohammad's medicine, it's divine medicine reported by Allah to prophet Mohammad therefore, it's accurate and the most genuine no matter how advanced medicine get. Allah almighty said: (We have not sent you (Prophet Muhammad) except as a mercy to all the worlds) [Al-Anbiya’:107] And some of the hadiths reached us about prophetic medicine are: Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said: "There is no disease that Allah has created, except that He also has created its treatment” [Sahih Bukhari 5678] Jabir reported Prophet mohammad (peace be upon him) as saying: “There is a remedy for every malady, and when the remedy is applied to the disease it is cured with the permission of Allah, the Exalted and Glorious” [Sahih Muslim 2204]
