(12 - 17 RABIUL AWWAL)
We in the Islamic Republic have named this week – starting from the 12th of Rabi al-Awwal and lasting until the 17th of Rabi al-Awwal - as #Unity Week. Such naming is not just for the sake of it and it is not a #political and #tactical move either, rather such naming is based on #belief and heart-felt faith.
The #Islamic Republic believes in the necessity of unity in the Islamic #Ummah in the true sense of the word.
This is a heart-felt and deep belief.
Some people think or pretend that this is a political tactic, but this is not the case because it is based on heart-felt faith.
We believe in this and we believe that #Allah the Exalted has asked us to do this.

Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) considers his #followers to be his close #family, and says,
“There is a close family relationship between you and us.”
This means that we are like close family members; like father and child, like brothers.
A #believer is the brother of another believer. That is, the relationship between two believers is that of #brotherhood, as in having the same parents, not even like half-brothers. What is meant by a believer?
The person who follows the way of Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH). This is the strong #organizational relationship between the Imam (PBUH) and his followers.

We can liken the Holy #Prophet (s.w.a.) to the brightest star in the universe.
Why do I say he is like a bright star, not the sun? It is because the sun is a definite #celestial body. It is bright and magnificent, but it is a celestial body. However, among the stars that you see, there are some which are #galaxies and are thousands of times larger than the one we see in summer nights.
A galaxy is a collection of thousands of solar systems and suns.
The Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) was like a #galaxy and he had thousands of #virtues which shone brightly like a star.

A number of #mystics believe that the month of Rabi al-Awwal is the #spring of life in the real sense of the word because in this month the Holy #Prophet (s.w.a.) and also his honorable grandson, Imam Abu Abdullah Ja'far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq were born.
And the birthday of the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) is the beginning of all the #blessings that Allah the Exalted has bestowed on humanity.
We - who consider Islam as a tool for #humanity to achieve happiness and salvation - [should know that] this #divine blessing is because of the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) which has been bestowed on us in this month.
