🔴 Important Notification 🔴 Academic Year: 2024/2025 Sections: Grades 4-9 Subject: Digital Day Announcement + Policies and Guidelines Dear Respected Guardians, We are excited to introduce Digital Day, beginning Wednesday, Week 2, Term 2, designed to enhance learners' technological skills and foster a fully digital learning experience. On this day, no physical books will be used, and all learning will take place digitally. You can only bring a copybook for note-taking and/or solving. The following guidelines and policies are provided to ensure the success of this initiative: *Ministry of Education Regulations and Guidelines* All learners and guardians must strictly adhere to the Ministry of Education’s regulations governing the use of technology in schools: 1. Device Usage: Use of devices, such as iPads, is strictly for school-approved educational purposes only. Downloading or using non-educational applications is prohibited. Internet access must be limited to the school’s secure network. Recording or photographing others without permission is strictly prohibited. 2. Mobile Phone Policy: Mobile phones are prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the administration. Approved phones must be handed to the duty supervisor upon entry and collected at the end of the school day. Phones brought without approval will be confiscated and returned only at the end of the academic year. 3. Monitoring and Compliance: Device usage will be monitored to ensure compliance with these regulations. Violations will result in disciplinary action, and guardians will be notified immediately. --- *Digital Day Guidelines* 1. Device Requirements: Learners must bring a fully charged digital device (laptop, iPad, or tablet) and a charger. A small bag is recommended for carrying essential items. 2.
