Important Notification Grades Section Subject: Final Exam Schedule (Grades 1–9) Dear Respected Guardians, We would like to inform you that, beginning Sunday, May 18th, learners will be dismissed immediately after each exam in accordance with the Second Term Final Exam Schedule. Please Note: Absences during final exams will not be permitted under any circumstances. Important Guidelines: • Grades 1–3: Learners are permitted to use pencils only. Kindly ensure they are equipped with all necessary tools, including multiple pencils. • Grades 4–9: Only blue pens are allowed. The use of correction pens, highlighters, erasable pens, or any colored pens is strictly prohibited. • Learners must arrive at school on time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the exam room. • Learners are required to adhere to the school uniform throughout the exam period. • Please provide learners with their lunch bags, which should include a healthy breakfast, snacks, and two water bottles. • Encourage your children to sleep early and prepare well for their exams to ensure optimal performance. • Guardians are kindly requested to pick up their children on time immediately after dismissal.
