So many places are facing crisis situations. Floods, earthquakes, wildfires, war, to mention a few. On the spiritual path, it is essential to see oneness everywhere. When any part is suffering, the Whole cannot be at ease. This entire creation is one family. It is time to truly learn the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and start to grow this energy of unconditional love for all. On this day, we celebrate Raksha Bandhan, the divine connection between a brother and sister. The Rakhi is a symbol of love and protection worn on the wrist, a constant reminder to keep love for others as the priority of life, and transform any self-centeredness. To see the same self shining in all and work hard to uplift the world with one’s light and compassion.
