Imām Ibn ul-Qayyim said: “When there is money in your hand and not in your heart, it will not harm you even if it is a lot; and when it is in your heart, it will harm you even if there is none in your hands.” [Madārij al-Sālikīn | 1/463] Action plan: - Always show gratitude to Allāh for the wealth he has provided you, even if it is a little. - All wealth is from Allāh. - Spend the money on permissible things without extravagance. - Be aware of the state of your heart so it does not fall in love with wealth. - Spend in charity for the sake of Allāh. Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “Their hearts were filled with good deeds and pure feelings for Allāh, and when the time of early dawn came, these deeds were performed and by dawn they reached Allāh.” [al-Fawā’id | Pg. 118]

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “Do you think the righteous do not commit sins? They simply hid them and didn’t expose them... And sought forgiveness for them and did not insist on them... And admitted to them and did not justify them... And did goodness after they did wrong.. One of the salaf was asked, “How is the relationship between you and your religion?” He said, “it is shredded by sins, and I patch it with seeking forgiveness (isitighfār). How excellent is the question And how deep is the answer!.”

📌Duā when the wind blows or during a wind storm Duā No. 2: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا Allaahumma 'innee 'as'aluka khayrahaa, wa 'a'oothu bika min sharrihaa. “O Allah, I ask You for the good of it and seek refuge in You against its evil.” [Abu Dawud, 4/326 | Ibn Majah 2/1228]

📌 Duā when the wind blows or during a wind storm Duā No. 1: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا ، وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيهَا ، وَخَيْرَ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا ، وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا ، وَشَرِّ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ. Allaahumma innee as’aluka khayrahaa, wa khayra maa feehaa, wa khayra maa ursilat bih, wa a‛oodhu bika min sharrihaa, wa sharri maa feehaa, wa sharri maa ursilat bih. “O Allāh, I ask You for it’s goodness, the good within it, and the good it was sent with, and I seek refuge with You from it’s evil, the evil within it, and from the evil it was sent with.” [Sahih Muslim | No. 899]

📌 Fasting the 3 White Days: • Thursday 25th January [13th Rajab] • Friday 26th January [14th Rajab] • Saturday 27th January [15th Rajab] The Prophet ﷺ: “Fasting 3 days of each month is equivalent to fasting for a lifetime and the shining days of al-beed (white days) are 13th, 14th & 15th.” [Sunan an-Nasa’i | 2420]

Abu Bakr al-Warraq رحمه الله said: ‎"The likeness of the month of Rajab is like the wind (that drives clouds) ‎the likeness of Sha’baan is like the clouds (that bring beneficial rain) ‎and the likeness of Ramadan is like the rain." ‎[Lataif al-Ma'arif | Pg. 234]
