| 17 | 6. Heat up your pan and add the olive oil. Once it's ready, pour the potato + egg combo. Cook until you can easily lift the omelette from the bottom AND make sure it's not stuck to the pan
7. Get a shallow plate that's slighly bigger than your pan and place it on top of your pan (bottom looking up)
8. Flip the omelette! The pan will release it onto your plate
9. Slide your omelette back onto the pan, and cook the yet-uncooked part. You're free to decide how cooked you want the egg to be - I usually leave mine for about 1ish more minute for a runny inside
10. Your omelette is ready! Serve it hot or cold, it tastes great both ways π | 322 |

π₯ SPANISH OMELETTE π₯
Ingredients:
Potatoes and eggs, in a 50/50 proportion volume wise. For every big potato I use 2-3 eggs. Omelette in pic was 2 big potatoes = 5 eggs but you
Frying oil (enough to cover β¬οΈ), I use sunflower seed oil
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of salt
1 garlic clove (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel your potatoes and cut them in thin slices. Set them aside
2. Add your frying oil to your pan and heat it up. If you want to add garlic (it gives off a nice taste!), now's the time! Put it in the oil
3. While the oil heats up, beat the eggs and add the salt to them. Set them aside
4. When the frying oil is ready, remove the garlic and fry your potatoes in it
5. Remove the fried potatoes from the pan and combine them with the egg. Remove the frying oil from the pan (or use a different pan) to make the omelette
