دستگاهی که در معاینات اولیه چشم‌پزشکی استفاده می‌شود و بیمار داخل آن به تصویری مانند «بالن در انتهای جاده» نگاه می‌کند، در اغلب موارد اتورفرکتومتر است. Autorefractor این دستگاه یک ابزار اپتوالکترونیکی در اپتومتری و چشم‌پزشکی است که برای اندازه‌گیری عیوب انکساری چشم شامل: • میوپی (نزدیک‌بینی) • هایپروپی (دوربینی) • آستیگماتیسم به‌صورت خودکار استفاده می‌شود. نحوه عملکرد اتورفرکتومتر با تاباندن پرتو مادون‌قرمز به شبکیه و تحلیل نور بازتابی، توان اپتیکی سیستم چشم را محاسبه می‌کند. دستگاه با بررسی تغییرات مسیر و فوکوس پرتو بازگشتی، مقادیر تقریبی Sphere ،Cylinder و Axis را استخراج می‌کند. دلیل استفاده از تصویر «بالن» تصویر بالن یا منظره جاده داخل دستگاه صرفاً جنبه گرافیکی ندارد؛ این تصویر برای: • کاهش آکوموداسیون چشم، • ایجاد فوکوس در فاصله شبه‌بی‌نهایت (Optical Infinity)، • و افزایش دقت اندازه‌گیری عیوب انکساری طراحی شده است. در بسیاری از مدل‌ها، تصویر به‌صورت اپتیکی طوری شبیه‌سازی می‌شود که چشم احساس کند به جسمی در فاصله دور نگاه می‌کند. نام‌های رایج دیگر • Auto Refractometer • Auto Kerato-Refractometer (در مدل‌های دارای کراتومتری) • ARK Device «BMElogy» اجتماع م.پزشکی ها 🆔 شناسه: @bmelogy

۱. مبالغ فوق سالیانه و تا پایان سال ۱۴۰۵ ملاک عمل است. ۲. برای محاسبه هزینه انصراف و اخراج دانشجویان، مبالغ فوق در سالهای تحصیل ضرب می‌شود. ۳. وثیقه طرح خدمت پزشکان و پیراپزشکان سالیانه بوده و مبلغ فوق در مدت طرح ضرب می‌شود. ۴. برای محاسبه میزان وثیقه ملکی/ ضمانت نامه بانکی مورد نیاز جهت وجه التزام ثبت نام (بدو ورود) دانشجویان، هزینه استنکاف از ایفای تعهدات دانش‌آموختگان و وثیقه تعهدات آموزش رایگان به منظور دریافت مدارک تحصیلی و اقدام به تحصیل در خارج از کشور، مبالغ فوق در سنوات تحصیل یا تعهد و ضریب تعهدات، ضرب می‌شود. (مبلغ سالانه * سنوات تحصیل یا تعهد * ضریب تعهد= میزان وثیقه) ۵. دانش‌آموختگانی که طرح خدمت دوساله پزشکان و پیراپزشکان را انجام نداده‌اند، صرفاً در رشته‌های مورد نیاز و از طریق مرکز خدمات آموزشی وزارت متبوع برای ادامه تحصیل در خارج از کشور اقدام می‌کنند. ۶. در خصوص دانش‌آموختگانی که طرح خدمت دوساله پزشکان و پیراپزشکان را به انجام رسانده یا از آن معاف هستند، می‌توانند با سپردن وثیقه/ ضمانت نامه بانکی مطابق جدول فوق‌الذکر، مدارک تحصیلی خود را از دانشگاه محل تحصیل اخذ و جهت ادامه تحصیل در مقاطع بالاتر در رشته مورد نظر خود، اقدام کنند. ۷. هر کدام از دانش‌آموختگانی که براساس این بخشنامه مدارک تحصیلی خود را دریافت می‌کنند، چنانچه حداکثر تا دو سال پس از تاریخ سپردن وثیقه/ ضمانت نامه بانکی، مستنداتی مبنی بر شروع به تحصیل در مقاطع تحصیلی بالاتر در دانشگاه‌های مورد تائید وزارت متبوع در خارج از کشور ارایه نکرده، یا مستنداتی مبنی بر شروع به ایفای تعهدات قانونی در داخل کشور را ارایه نکنند، مستنکف محسوب شده و وثیقه/ ضمانت نامه بانکی سپرده شده آن‌ها به نفع دولت ضبط و به حساب خزانه کشور واریز خواهد شد. ۸. دانش‌آموختگان مقاطع تخصص و فوق تخصص، مشمول سپردن وثیقه/ضمانت نامه بانکی برای طرح خدمت پزشکان و پیراپزشکان یا تحویل مدارک تحصیلی جهت ادامه تحصیل در مقطع بالاتر نبوده و تابع قوانین و مقررات مربوطه هستند. «BMElogy» اجتماع م.پزشکی ها 🆔 شناسه: @bmelogy
