You don't need to know every word in the dictionary to ace Words in Context. 👀You need to know where to look. This question feels impossible because everyone treats it like a vocab test, but it's not. The answer is always sitting right next to the blank — you just have to catch the clue before you touch the choices.
→ The 2 clue types that give away every answer (Continuers vs. Contradictions) → Why predicting the word yourself beats reading the choices first → A full worked example, start to finish → Backup tactics for when nothing clicks
Save this before your next practice test 📌 Forward it to someone still "vibing" their way through Reading. @freshmanacademics

Inference Questions These trip people up because you're finishing the passage instead of confirming some statement or just finding facts in it. It feels subjective at first, but the right answer follows the direction the passage is already heading. 3 Tips: 1. Understand the passage before looking at options. Reading the choices too early can make you think you're missing something you're not. 2. Think irrelevant vs. wrong, not right vs. wrong. Don't dismiss an option as "wrong" — treat it as irrelevant to the passage. This stops overthinking, since some wrong options have nothing to do with the main topic at all. 3. Predict before you look. Your goal isn't to guess the answer — it's to make a prediction. If you can predict, you understood the passage and you're ready for the options. If you can't predict anything, you're not there yet. Above is one of the toughest inference questions solved and explained

Anonymous SAT Program Feedback We have just launched SAT Freshman after years of not teaching SAT, and I was mind-blown by students’ anonymous feedback. Out of 12 students who participated in the survey, 100% said they would recommend the program to a friend. The average teacher score is 4.8/5, which is incredibly high for an anonymous survey. And that is before the students could fully take advantage of the Freshman Alumni Network. Absolutely, do check out SAT Freshman: @FreshmanAcademy_Bot
