Maybe RM have been a bit slow. They have their moments. I'm going to hold my hands up and say that we haven't performed to a standard I'm comfortable this week. For that I'm sorry for all who have been frustrated with slow communications and dispatch delays. I shall state though, in our defence, this hasn't been because we don't care or haven't tried. The last couple of weeks have been challenge after challenge. Let's not forget that in this industry, there are people employed with deep pockets to interrupt us. Alongside that, we work in an industry where those on our side can also be just as disruptive and likewise, a liability. All orders confirmed are out. We've worked until the dying moments to do so. We were in a bad place recently but we have done everything to put ourselves in the best position possible and, all but a couple of finishing touches, we most certainly are.
