24-year-old male جاله fatigue شديد، loss of appetite، و nausea بقالهم أسبوع. بعدها بدأ يلاحظ yellow discoloration of the eyes و dark urine. هو قال إنه أكل من street food قبلها بحوالي شهر، وفيه كذا حد حواليه كان عنده symptoms مشابهة. Examination: Mild fever Icterus present Right upper quadrant tenderness Mild hepatomegaly Laboratory findings: ↑ ALT & AST (markedly elevated) ↑ Bilirubin Positive anti-HAV IgM التشخيص وال prevention ايه ؟

24-year-old female presents with recurrent episodes of bloody diarrhea for 4 months. Associated with: abdominal cramps urgency tenesmus weight loss & fatigue
On examination
: mild tenderness in the left lower quadrant
Investigations:
↑ ESR & CRP Stool culture: negative Colonoscopy: continuous inflamed friable mucosa starting from the rectum. Biopsy: crypt abscesses. What is the diagnosis ? What is the extra intestinal manifestation?

راجل عنده 35 سنة جاله progressive dysphagia بقاله 8 شهور. He complains that swallowing both solids and liquids became difficult gradually. كمان بيقول إنه بيرجع أكل غير مهضوم خصوصًا بالليل، وبيصحى ساعات وهو بيكح. He also reports nocturnal regurgitation and chronic cough. فيه mild weight loss حوالي 5 kg خلال آخر كام شهر. No history of heartburn or hematemesis. ايه التشخيص ؟ واي ال Gold standard Investigation ؟ واي المضاعفات المحتمله؟

Clinical case :
ست عندها 38 سنة، جاية تشتكي من ألم متكرر في الـ right upper quadrant بقاله عدة شهور. الألم بيظهر خاصة بعد الأكل الدسم، وبيستمر حوالي ساعة أو أكتر، وأحيانًا يروح للكتف اليمين أو الظهر. آخر مرة الألم كان شديد جدًا ومعاه: nausea vomiting
الفحص:
tenderness في الـ right hypochondrium الحرارة طبيعية
التحاليل:
CBC طبيعي liver enzymes طبيعية ايه التشخيص ؟
