There was a time when the smallest things could make me smile.
Now even the biggest moments pass by without leaving a trace.
Nothing happened overnight.
piece by piece, my excitement lost its sight, until it could no longer find its way back to me.
They didn't break me.
They just taught me that, excitement never lasts, Now I look at everything with quiet eyes, nothing surprises me anymore, nothing feels new, just somewhere along the way, my excitement went blind.
I got tired of explaining things that no one was willing to understand.
Not every silence is born of peace, some silences are made of despair, fatigue, and the quiet death of words, so I stopped talking, Not because I had nothing to say, But because nothing was worth, saying anymore.
I have nothing more to offer you, no words, no explanation, no apology.
Sometimes we reach a point where silence speaks more honestly than a thousand conversations. I have reached that point.
