you're very welcoome i'm glad this channel was helpful and for les resumes / reos tbh the more you make them the better you get at first i started making them for myself to make life easier and i thought why not share them but with time you learn what works and what doesn't and how to make them more organised and pretty ✨✨ as for staying à jour : what i would say is stay consistent that's the best advice i can give you it's what keeps me going personally i always tell myself hwta i do today doesn t have to be much or perfect but it has to be something every little step is progress so on days you really have no motivation just do a little something and maybe that can give you more drive to continue at least that s wht i do and I believe in mental health days resting is a huge step in progress and voila that's what I think

Maladie de Gaucher : La maladie de Gaucher est une maladie génétique de surcharge lysosomale due à un déficit de β-glucocérébrosidase. ➡️ Cette enzyme normalement dégrade certains lipides. ➡️ En son absence, les glucocérébrosides s’accumulent dans les macrophages, qui deviennent des cellules de Gaucher. ➡️ Ces cellules s’accumulent surtout dans la rate, le foie et la moelle osseuse. Pourquoi une splénomégalie ? L’accumulation des cellules de Gaucher dans la rate entraîne une augmentation importante de son volume → splénomégalie. Elle peut aussi provoquer : anémie thrombopénie parfois atteintes osseuses 🧠 À retenir :

Gaucher = déficit en β-glucocérébrosidase → accumulation de lipides dans les macrophages → cellules de Gaucher → surtout splénomégalie + atteinte osseuse ± cytopénies.
