Tank District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Three individuals working at Basic Health Units (BHUs) under the Aga Khan Foundation have reportedly been abducted from the Garah Mitho area of Tank, according to local sources. The abductees have been identified as:

According to reports, armed individuals abducted SHO Khaliqabad, Ali Asghar Nichari, and his guard, Muhammad Salman, from Mangochar, Kalat, and relocated them to an unknown location.

The National Mobilization Front (NMF) reported that its fighters executed an attack resulting in the death of an individual identified as Wahid Wisal. The NMF stated that the deceased was the alleged Head of Intelligence for Nangarhar Central Prison. The incident occurred behind the Central High School in Jalalabad, Nangarhar.

Lohar Karez, Quetta, Balochistan — Police have reportedly foiled an attempt to damage a railway track in the Lohar Karez area and arrested one suspect from the scene. According to Balochistan government adviser Shahid Rind, railway personnel noticed several track components, including nuts and clips, had been removed during a routine patrol and alerted authorities. Police arrested Zahir Ahmed, son of Maula Bakhsh, and recovered the removed railway components from his possession. Local sources have reported that a mortar shell of unknown origin struck a residence in the Tor Ghar area of Central Kurram, resulting in injuries to two individuals, one male and one female. The casualties have been transported to the THQ Hospital in Sadda, Kurram.

The Baloch Liberation Army (Azad) has claimed responsibility for the killing of an individual identified as Mujeeb Khiyazai, alleging he was an agent of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). According to a statement issued by BLA-A spokesperson Azad Baloch, BLA militants apprehended Khiyazai on 20 September 2026 during an intelligence-based operation codenamed "Gobet" (or "Goet"). He was interrogated for several days. The statement claims Khiyazai confessed in a video to working for the Pakistan Army and ISI since 2025. He alleged that an ISI officer named Kashif, holding the rank of Subedar, tasked him with installing a SIM card to facilitate drone and aerial strikes against BLA militants in the Rej area of Kalat. He also claimed to have provided information that led to operations against BLA militants, resulting in casualties on both sides. Following his confession, the BLA's "Baloch National Court" sentenced him to death, and the sentence was carried out a few days ago, according to the statement.
