Following her rescue, she was kept under observation for 12 years and later joined BSAA training, where she learned combat, survival, and anti B.O.W. operations. Despite becoming a field operative (she became an agent at the age of 19), she still struggles with her traumatic past and the fear of being turned into an experiment again, while traces of Umbrella’s influence remain in her body, making her both a valuable soldier and a potential risk
