خطوات الاوسكلتيشن

🩺 Cardiac Auscultation المريض بزاوية 45° --- 🔹 1️⃣ Mitral area (Apex) – Diaphragm 5th ICS mid-clavicular line 🎧 تسمع: S1 MR murmur ⬅️ هنا تقدر مباشرة تفحص radiation مال MR للإبط (axilla) --- 🔹 2️⃣ Tricuspid area – Diaphragm Left lower sternal border 🎧 تسمع: Tricuspid murmurs VSD murmur --- 🔹 3️⃣ Pulmonic area – Diaphragm 2nd left intercostal space 🎧 Pulmonary valve sounds --- 🔹 4️⃣ Aortic area – Diaphragm 2nd right intercostal space 🎧 Aortic stenosis murmur ⬅️ مباشرة بعدها: 🔸 تنقل للـ Carotids 🎯 تشوف Radiation of Aortic Stenosis ❌ بدون ما تخليه يكطع نفسه --- 🔹 5️⃣ تعيد نفس الترتيب بالـ Bell (من Apex صاعد) 🎯 تدور على: MS S3 S4 --- 🔹 6️⃣ Left Lateral Position المريض عالجهة اليسرى Bell على Apex 🎯 Mitral Stenosis --- 🔹 7️⃣ Sitting Forward المريض يكعد + يميل لقدام يزفر وبعدين يكطع نفسه Diaphragm على Left sternal border (Erb’s point) 🎯 Aortic Regurgitation --- 🔹 8️⃣ Back Auscultation 🟣 Interscapular area 🎯 Coarctation of aorta 🟣 Lung bases 🎯 Crepitations (HF) --- ✅ التسلسل المختصر تحفظه: Apex → Tricuspid → Pulmonic → Aortic → Carotids → Bell same order → Left lateral → Sitting forward → Back
