🤩gar segala sesuatu berjalan dengan sitematis dan teratur maka diperlukannya sebuah aturan untuk menjadi landasan dan pegangan dalam melakukan suatu tindakan. Untuk itu diharapkan setiap pasien yang berkunjung dan melakukan pelayanan Medis di Ribbon Hospital untuk 𝐖𝐀𝐉𝐈𝐁 menaati segala bentuk aturan arau rules yang telah ditetapkan oleh Ribbon Hospital. Berikut beberapa Rules atau Aturan yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pasien :
01. Wajib untuk Subscribe atau Join ke channel @Ribbonhospital dan tidak Left setelah selesai pelayanan. Jika Left maka akun pasien akan terbanned dari Channel dan Bot RibbonHospital.
02. Mengirimkan Format Pelayanan Medis Pasien Ribbon Hospital pada jam kerja dengan maksimal pengiriman pada pukul 21.45 WIB. Apabila format dikirim di luar jam kerja kami maka format tersebut dianggap hangus. Pengiriman Format Reservasi Pelayanan Medis Pasien Ribbon Hospital wajib disertakan dengan payment berupa bukti penyebaran Jenis Pelayanan Ribbon Hospital (https://t.me/Ribbonhospital/7651) ke minimal 2 LPM yang berbeda.
03. Pelayanan Medis akan dihentikan jika sudah melewati jam kerja Team Medis kami. Namun jika ingin terus dilanjutkan, harus ada persetujuan antara pasien dan dokter yang bekerja, jika tidak maka pelayanan medis akan dilanjutkan keesokan hari.
04. Format Reservasi dikirimkan Maksimal 20 Menit sebelum Jam Konsultasi, Jika lebih dari 20 menit maka team kami berhak untuk meminta reschedule jam konsultasi pada pasien. Apabila belum ada respon dari team kami setelah 10 menit setelah Format dikirim, maka pasien diperkenankan untuk mengirim ulang format reservasi tanpa melakukan tindakan spam ke bot reservasi kami terlebih dengan menggunakan kalimat yang tidak bermoral. Jika pasien melakukan spam pesan lebih dari 3 kali maka team kami berhak menegur pasien tersebut dan apabila ada pasien yang mengirimkan kata, kalimat, gambar atau stiker yang tidak bermoral maka akan langsung kami banned dari channel dan bot kami.
05. Ribbon Hospital tidak akan menerima pasien dan pendamping atau trainee yang berasal dari Rumah Sakit Roleplyer yang lain karena akan menimbulkan konflik internal nantinya. Selain itu kami juga akan menolak pasien yang menggunakan akun BA , CBA, PERS atau akun Real, akun mata-mata atau akun apapun yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Roleplayer atau bahkan akun yang memiliki niat buruk atau iseng. Jika ketahuan maka akan langsung kami banned dan Blacklist.
06. Bagi Pasien yang melakukan reservasi sangat dihimbau untuk stay on dan menjaga attitude selama pelayanan berlangsung. Jika mengalami kendala harap dikomunikasikan bersama dokter yang bertugas agar pelayanan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Jika terdapat aduan dari dokter terkait pasien yang bermasalah dan disertakan dengan bukti maka pihak petinggi Ribbon Hospital berhak meminta konfirmasi dan punishment atas sikap kurang terpuji dari pasien tersebut. Apabila dalam pelayanan nantinya pasien menghilang tiba-tiba dan setelah 30 menit tidak ada konfirmasi maka pihak dokter Ribbon Hospital berhak untuk mengakhiri konsultasi dan mengeluarkan pasien dari ruang konsultasi dan pasien akan diarahkan untuk melakukan reschedule atau melakukan reservasi ulang.
07. Setelah Pasien mendapatkan nomor Antrian, harap segera mengirimkan format antrian ke ruang tunggu pasien untuk mendapatkan link room dokter. Namun, apabila setelah 10 menit berlalu dari jam konsultasi dokter yang bersangkutan tidak merespon, pasien dijinkan untuk memberikan aduan ke bot reservasi dengan melampirkan bukti screenshoot saat pasien menghubungi dokter.
08. Seluruh pasien Ribbon Hospital diwajibkam mengisi Form Kritik dan Saran setelah sesi akhir pelayanan medis sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi team medis kami. Jika ditemukan isi Kritsar yang mengada-ngada, terkesan Hoax, hanya berisi candaan yang tentunya disertakan dengan bukti maka pihak Petinggi Ribbon Hospital berhak untuk meminta klarifikasi dari pasien tersebut.
