#CommonMistakes EXAM /ɪɡˈzæm/ — A2 a test of a student's knowledge or skill in a particular subject it's not iigzm but igzaam

#CommonMistakes I often see students using the word 'abroad' like it's a place(like Europe or Japan). So, they say 'I want to study in abroad' or 'I want to go to abroad during my summer holiday' ABROAD is not a place but an ADVERB — It simply means 'in or to a foreign country' ❌go to abroad — ✅ go abroad ❌study in abroad — ✅ study abroad ❌live at abroad — ✅ live abroad ❌abroad countries — ✅ foreign countries / countries abroad @sanokulovs_speaking

These are some of the most common mistakes I hear students make while speaking We don't use these verbs with any prepositions
These are some of the most common mistakes I hear students make while speaking We don't use these verbs with any prepositions(in their most common meanings) #CommonMistakes

Part 1 — memory — May-December #part1 The script is below ⬇️ @sanokulovs_speaking

#CommonMistakes One of the most commonly mispronounced words among students is 'key' 🔑🗝 It's not 'keeey' it's 'kii' [kiː]

Another example of how you can practice reading out loud by exaggerating your mouth movements Note that you can do this with any random text. You don't need a video. Just take a simple text and read it out loud like in the videos above #ReadOutLoud

Look at the guy’s mouth movements. They are very exaggerated. This will help train your mouth muscles and overtime, you will be able to pronounce the English sounds very naturally @sanokulovs_speaking #ReadOutLoud

A very important pronunciation tip! English explanation :
Today we’ll talk about another way to improve pronunciation besides the shadowing technique. This method does not really have a specific name, and it is very simple. I have personally used this method myself, and it is very effective. In this method, you simply read a text out loud, but while reading, you should try to exaggerate every sound as much as possible with your mouth movements. Exaggerating the mouth movements is extremely important in this method. Every language has its own unique sounds, and the mouth muscles of someone who has spoken a language for a long time become naturally adapted to producing those sounds. For example, Uzbek has the “o’” sound, French has the “r” (guttural r) sound, and Russian has the “ц” sound. People who speak other languages usually find it difficult to pronounce these sounds naturally because their mouth muscles have not yet adapted to producing them. English also has many sounds like this, and exaggerating the sounds while reading a text out loud helps train your mouth muscles to produce English sounds correctly. Let me try to explain this method with another comparison. Being able to do the splits is difficult for an average person, but with proper training, it can become much easier within a relatively short period of time. To achieve this, you need to gradually improve the flexibility of your muscles through consistent and correct practice. Mouth muscles should also be trained in the same way to adapt to correct pronunciation. I’ll leave some video examples showing how to practice this method, and by training consistently every day through those examples, it is possible to improve pronunciation significantly in a short amount of time.
O’zbekcha tarjima:
Bugun siz bilan talaffuzni 'shadowing' texnikasidan tashqari yana qanday qilib yaxshilash mumkinligi haqida gaplashamiz. Misol uchun o'zbek tilida _o'_ tovushi, fransuzlarda _r_(g')_ tovushi, ruslarda esa _ц_ tovushi bor va bu tovushlarni boshqa tilda gaplashadigan odamlar tabiiy ko'rinishda ayta olishi juda qiyin chunki bu tovushlarni chiqarish uchun og'iz mushaklari hali moslashmagan bo'ladi. Ingliz tilida ham shunga o'xshagan tovushlar juda ko'p va matnni ovoz chiqarib o'qish jarayonida tovushlarni bo'rttirib og'iz mushaklarini harakatga keltirish sizga ingliz tili tovushlarini ayta olish uchun og'iz mushaklarini shug'ullantiradi. Yana bir o'xshatish bilan bu usulni tushuntirishga harakat qilaman. 'Шпагат(splits)' qila olish bu o'rtacha odam uchun qiyin ish lekin lekin mushaklarni to'g'ri shug'ullantirish orqali qisqa vaqt ichida uni osonlikcha qila olish mumkin. Buning uchun ma'lum bir vaqt davomida to'g'ri tayorgarlik bilan mushaklar egiluvchanligini oshirib borish kerak boladi. Og'iz mushaklarini ham xuddi shu tarzda to'g'ri talaffuzga o'rgatish kerak
I’ll leave a video on how to do this below ⬇️
