“If you were Chandar, would you choose Sudha or Preeti?” My answer is: Sudha. Not because Sudha is perfect. Not because everything she did was right. But because I don't want someone to sacrifice their dreams for me. I don't want a person to stop travelling because of me. I don't want someone to abandon their goals just to stay beside me. I don't want to become someone's cage. If someone comes into my life… I want them to keep their own identity. Keep their dreams. Keep their ambitions. And if one day our destinations become different… then maybe we should let each other go. Make the memories. Be grateful for the time. And keep walking. That's why I choose Sudha. --- 🕊️ My Final Thought Maybe the biggest lesson I took from Musafir Cafe isn't about choosing Sudha or Preeti. It's about understanding that love and staying together aren't always the same thing. You can love someone deeply… and still let them go. You can miss someone… and still choose your dream. You can spend years with someone… and still accept that your destinations are different. And maybe that's what growing up actually means. Not every person who enters your life is supposed to stay until the end. Some people come for a chapter. Some stay for years. Some change you completely. And some… just leave behind memories that you carry for the rest of your life. Sudha chose her dreams. Chandar chose his love. Preeti chose Chandar. And every choice came with a price. Maybe that's why Musafir Cafe hurts. Because somewhere, all of us are travellers. We all have somewhere to go. And sometimes… the hardest part isn't finding the right person. It's deciding whether to stop walking for them. 🌙 --- ⭐ My Review Story: 9/10 Characters: 9.5/10 Emotional impact: 10/10 😭 Sudha: complicated, frustrating, but genuinely unforgettable Preeti: probably the character I felt the most sorry for Chandar: difficult to judge, because his choices come from his own idea of love Overall: 9/10 And yes… “तू मेरा हो गया, इतना ही काफी है ना… दिल मेरा जुड़ गया तुमसे ही, ये काफी है…” ❤️🩹 I'm waiting for Season 2. ☕🌙 — Yash ✍🏻🖤

I don't even know how to describe those two episodes. One hour. Just sixty minutes. But honestly… I could write an entire book about those sixty minutes. There were so many emotions packed into them. Preeti crying. Sudha and Chandar's last two hugs. That one when Sudha was leaving… and then the other one when she came back to the Musafir Cafe. Bro… those moments hurt. And then there were Uncle and Nilima. Their relationship made me realise something beautiful: You don't always need a conventional relationship to love someone. Sometimes people simply stay. They care. They understand each other. They become family without needing a label. And that's beautiful in its own way. --- 🥀 Sudha Showed Chandar the Road… But Someone Else Completed the Journey There's another thing that stayed with me. Sudha helped Chandar see the route toward his dream. She helped him understand what he could become. But eventually… that dream was completed with someone else. And that hurts. Because sometimes the person who motivates you at the beginning of your journey isn't necessarily the person who reaches the destination with you. And that's life. Sudha left. Chandar eventually went to Mumbai. Maybe if he had met Sudha there… maybe the story could have been different. Maybe if Sudha had chosen love over her dreams… maybe everything could have been different. But she didn't. And I understand that. --- ❤️🩹 Love Isn't Always Supposed to Stay After everything that happened, Sudha's mother's death makes her realise that maybe some of her decisions weren't completely right either. And that's another thing I loved about the story. It doesn't make love completely black or white. It doesn't say: “Sudha was right.” Or: “Chandar was right.” Or: “Preeti was right.” It shows that everyone has their own perspective. And sometimes… true love isn't necessarily the right thing for your life. Chandar and Sudha's love wasn't fake. It wasn't wrong either. It was simply complicated. Because love isn't a mathematical equation. You can't calculate it and decide: “This relationship is correct, so it should work.” Sometimes two people love each other deeply… and still end up walking in different directions. --- 🥀 Preeti Deserved Better And honestly… I don't think Preeti ever got the love she deserved. She gave so much. She changed so much. She stayed when she could have left. She chose Chandar when she could have chosen herself. And that's why her character hurts. She deserved someone who would say: “Don't sacrifice your life for me.” She deserved someone who would tell her to go. To travel. To dream. To live. Maybe that's why I feel so bad for her. --- 🌃 “You Win Everything… And Still Lose Something” There's something about reaching the top that people don't talk about. When you're struggling, you're always thinking: “Bas ek baar successful ho jaun.” But sometimes, when you finally reach there… you look back. And suddenly you remember all the people you lost on the way. All the moments you didn't live. All the people you could have stayed with. All the decisions you made. And then you realise: You won something… but you lost something too. Maybe that's what happened with Sudha. She achieved her dream. She became successful. She became the person she wanted to become. But somewhere inside… there was still an empty space. Because success doesn't erase memories. --- 📖 And Yes… I Cried Over A Book/Series People say: “Books padh ke kaun rota hai?” Well… I'm that idiot. 😭 I actually got emotional. Because when a fictional story starts matching your own life… it stops feeling fictional. You start seeing your own decisions inside the characters. You start asking yourself: “Was I right?” “Could I have done something differently?” “Would things have been better if I had stayed?” And that's when a story becomes more than a story. --- 🌙 Why I Choose Sudha Over Preeti And finally, the question everyone seems to ask:
1 410
And honestly, that thought stayed with me. Because maybe that's the difference between Sudha and Preeti. One wants to keep walking. The other is willing to stop. And neither of them is necessarily wrong. They're just looking at life differently. Sometimes you have to stop and look around. And sometimes… you simply have to keep going. --- ☕ But Then There’s Chandar At this point, I hadn't even written much about Chandar. And honestly, maybe that's because Chandar is the character I found the most complicated. He isn't necessarily wrong either. He loved Sudha. He wanted to stay. He wanted the Musafir Cafe. He wanted a life with her. But their destinations were different. And that's the tragedy. Sometimes two people can love each other genuinely… and still not be right for the same life. Love can be real and still not be enough. --- 🥀 5th & 6th Episodes — “What Do I Even Say?” Then came 22nd August. After so many days, I finally watched episodes 5 and 6. And bro… what am I even supposed to say about these episodes? Sudha… Why? 😭 It's okay that your dreams come first. It's okay that you want your own career. It's okay that you don't want to stop. But then why did you become so emotionally connected to Chandar? That was the question I kept asking. And then I realised something. Maybe that's exactly what the series wanted me to understand. You don't always control whom you become attached to. You can have your goals. You can have your plans. You can know exactly where you want to go. And still… someone can become a part of your heart. --- 🏆 Sometimes You Achieve Everything… And Still Lose Something Sudha eventually builds her own law firm. Chandar builds the Musafir Cafe. Both of them achieve something. Both of them move forward. But somewhere between those dreams… their love gets buried. And that's probably the saddest part of the story. I actually liked that they didn't waste the time they had together. They enjoyed it. They lived it. They made memories. And that's exactly how I see Sudha. I'm someone who can be with a person. I can genuinely care about them. I can make memories with them. But if my destination demands that I move forward… I don't know how to stay back. --- 🏏 Maybe That's Why This Story Hit Me Personally There is a part of Sudha's story that reminds me of my own life. I want to become a cricketer. And someone I was with had her own dreams too. She wanted to become an IAS officer. She didn't even know much about cricket when we first met. Honestly, cricket wasn't even something she was deeply interested in. But because I loved it… she started watching it. She supported me. She understood my dream. And eventually, our paths became different. We're not together anymore. But I don't regret that she was once a part of my life. Because she supported something that mattered to me. And maybe that's enough. I don't want to give someone a fake promise that: “I'll always stay with you.” Because I don't know what life will look like tomorrow. I don't want to give someone false hope just because it sounds romantic. I'd rather be honest. If my dream demands everything from me… then I'm willing to give everything. Because personally, I don't think there's anything bigger than the dream you're willing to sacrifice everything for. --- 🕊️ And That's Why I Feel Bad For Preeti Out of everyone in the story… I think Preeti suffers the most. Because she didn't just love Chandar. She changed her life for him. She had dreams of travelling. She wanted to see Singapore. She wanted to see Thailand. She had her own world. But eventually, she stayed. She chose Chandar. And that's exactly why I can't choose Preeti. Not because she's a bad person. Actually, quite the opposite. She's probably one of the most selfless people in the story. But I don't want someone to sacrifice themselves for me. That's not the kind of love I want. --- 🌙 23rd August — Those Last Two Episodes And then came 23rd August. 12:23 AM.

🌙 Musafir Cafe — A Story About Love, Dreams & Letting Go A personal note to Divya Prakash Dubey Sir I started watching Musafir Cafe on 5th August, somewhere around midnight. I watched the first two episodes between 12 AM and 1 AM, and honestly, my first reaction was: “Sir, tell me one thing… itni vulgarity daalne ki kya zarurat thi?” 😭 I won't use any disrespectful words for Sudha's character, but honestly, the way her character was presented initially didn't sit right with me. Because the Sudha I had imagined from the book felt very different. The book's Sudha felt so beautiful as a character—independent, focused, and clear about what she wanted from life. She had dreams. Her father's dream was for her to become a lawyer at the Bombay High Court, and she wanted to fulfil that dream. So after just two episodes, one question kept bothering me: Why was Sudha getting so close to Chandar when she already knew that Bombay and her career were waiting for her? Like… girl, you're literally planning your future, and then suddenly Chandar enters the picture. 😭 At that point, I genuinely didn't know what to think about her. But I knew one thing: I had to watch further. --- 🥀 Four Episodes In… And Everything Changed Then, on 8th August, around 2 AM, I completed the fourth episode. And bro… WTF. 😭 The first thing I still noticed was the vulgarity, obviously. But somewhere between those episodes, my opinion about Sudha completely changed. Sudha started making sense to me. Actually, I started relating to her. The way she thinks, the way she looks at life, the way she refuses to stop moving forward—even when she loves someone… That is me. Sudha's mindset is basically: > “Jab tak tumhare saath hoon, tumhare saath hoon. Lekin meri zindagi rukegi nahi.” And I genuinely understand that. She can love someone. She can spend time with someone. She can make memories with someone. But that doesn't mean she has to sacrifice her entire future for them. And that's where I started understanding why I preferred Sudha. --- 🕊️ Sudha vs Preeti — A Cage That Looks Like Freedom Preeti is completely different. Preeti gave up so much of her own life for love. She had dreams. She wanted to travel. She wanted to go to places like Singapore and Thailand. But eventually, she changed the direction of her life because of Chandar. And that's something I personally can't accept. She was like a bird who had the entire sky in front of her… but somehow ended up living inside a cage that was placed in the middle of that same open sky. And that's heartbreaking. Because love should never make you smaller. At least, that's what I believe. If someone loves me, I don't want them to stop dreaming because of me. I don't want them to ask themselves, “Should I choose my dream or him?” I would rather want them to choose their dream. Even if that means someday they have to walk away from me. Because some people aren't meant to stay forever. Sometimes their presence for a certain period of your life is enough. And maybe that's what Sudha represents for me. --- 🌙 “I’m More Like Sudha” I remember thinking about this while watching the series: I'm not Chandar. I wouldn't want someone to completely change their life for me. I would want to be with someone, obviously. But I don't want them to stop moving because I'm standing beside them. I don't want them to sacrifice their dreams. I don't want them to take permission from me to live their own life. I want them to fly. And if one day our paths separate… then maybe that's okay too. Make the memories. Live the moments. And keep moving. That's why I chose Sudha. Not because I think everything she did was right. But because I understand her fear of becoming stuck. --- 🚶♂️ “Mujhe Rukna Nahi Hai.” There is this thought I once came across. A girl asked a boy who was always travelling: “Tum mere saath chaloge?” He said no. She asked why. He said: “Because you stop, and I don't.” She replied: “If you can't stop, then I can't walk with you.”
