ال blood يطلع وية ال stool
مو كل blood وية ال stool معناها
lower git bleeding
احياناً يكون
upper git bleeding
ف نحط ببالنا هاي الاحتمالية
Slow upper GI bleeding → melena (black/tarry).
Brisk upper GI bleeding → can cause hematochezia (bright red/maroon).
