Alhamdulillah now I'm totally fine, but I was having a headache and as I started listening to the Qur'an, I barely felt it
Before rushing to get paracetamole whenever you have headaches give opportunity to Qur'an to heal you

﴿قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هُدًى وَشِفَاءٌ﴾ "Say, 'It is, for those who believe, a guidance and healing.'"الآية 82 من سورة الإسراء وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَا يَزِيدُ الظَّالِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارًا﴾ "And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss."
