Built a small automation this week 🔌🤖
Ever plug in a USB drive and forget to copy the files over? 💾
Well, I fixed that for good. ✅
I put together a little Windows setup that watches for any USB drive getting plugged in and instantly backs up its contents to my PC — no clicking, no remembering, just plug and it's done. 🚀
How it works: ⚙️
A PowerShell script quietly listens in the background for USB events. 🖥
The moment it detects one, it triggers a batch script. 📜
That script copies everything into a timestamped backup folder using
robocopy. 📂
Runs automatically every time I log in — zero manual steps. 🤖

እሳቱ በከፍተኛ ፍጥነት በመሰራጨቱ ካርላ ራሷን ከአደጋው ለማትረፍ ያላት አንድ አማራጭ በመስኮት መውጣት ብቻ ነበር ነገር ግን በውፍረቷ የተነሳ በመስኮቱ አልፎ መውጣት የማይታሰብ ነገር ሆነባት
እርዳታ ፍለጋ ብትጮህም ማንም ሊደርስላት ባለመቻሉ ተስፋ ቆርጣ ሞቷን እየተጠባበቀች በነበረበት ጊዜ የእሳት አደጋ ሰራተኞች ወደ ስፍራው በመሄድ ህይወቷን ሊያተርፉላት ችለዋል።
ያን ጊዜ ነበር ካርላ በህይወቷ ለብዙ ጊዜ ስታስበው ግን ደሞ ለመወሰን በጣም ከብዷት የነበረውን ውሳኔ ጨክና በመወሰን ወደ ተግባር የለወጠችው እሱም
