you’ve never been taken seriously in your life, even when you talk abt your feelings or what happened to you. ppl always brushed it off so easily and didn’t believe you. sometimes it feels like it’s way easier to just act like you’re always fine and nothing can get to you. you think it's better than putting in all your energy just to explain yourself to other people when they’re not even taking you seriously anyway.
you don’t always have to keep proving yourself to ppl who never really tried to understand you. sometimes you should just stop wasting your energy on those who keep dismissing what you feel. let them believe what they want just focus on healing, protecting your peace, and being honest with yourself. you don’t need everyone to validate your feelings for them to be real. ֶָ֢𖹭
