I submit an urgent high‑severity report against this channel. It continuously publishes content depicting child rape and sexual assault, violates children’s privacy, and distributes child‑abuse materials. This criminal group is deeply involved in international child‑abuse crimes, causing irreversible physical and psychological harm to minors across multiple countries, and the harm is continuously spreading and escalating. The channel administrator keeps releasing illegal content for a long time, which violates EU Directive 2011/93/EU, Council Framework Decision 2004/68/JHA, the Lanzarote Convention (CETS‑201), and Telegram Terms of Service. Their heinous crimes include coercing children into sexual acts for payment, producing and cross‑border distributing child sexual‑abuse material, cross‑border child abduction to expand criminal networks. Given the unprecedented extreme gravity of this case, I urgently demand Telegram, as an EU‑regulated service provider, to fulfil statutory obligations, permanently ban this channel immediately, freeze and delete the account of the channel administrator, preserve full account logs, IP data, administrator information and all chat records, hand over all evidence to EU judicial authorities and Europol for severe sanctions, to prevent more children from becoming victims.
