At or around 6PM EST on July 14th, 2026, we suffered a fourth breach at our Germany-based physical servers and as a result lost access to our core infrastructure.
We strongly believe a third-party threat actor has deployed a coordinated effort against our network and has maintained persistent access these past few weeks.
I'll also add that we've lost access to our company hosted wallets and have no recourse to cover any losses at this time (we've previously covered separate losses up to ~$150k). We're sorry that we weren't able to build a system to protect your operations, but this was the fourth breach in the past ~two months. We failed.
While we're not sure what next steps look like, we're providing this message as a courtesy.
In light of the above, we will not be able to cover losses associated with this breach and opt to work with core customers to deploy self-hosted infrastructure moving forward.
