Here’s what stands out, as they say:

I haven't independently verified these numbers — these are claims from Anthropic.

If I want to know whether someone is a good software engineer, 80%+ of the time, I go through their GitHub.
Not just their resume.
Because a resume tells you what someone says they can do, while GitHub shows how they actually think, build, solve problems, and improve.
The code, projects, commits, and PRs tell a story that a resume simply can't.
Think about real problems. Build solutions. Keep solving.

 Someone asked me:
“What do you need to become a good Software Engineer?”
I’ve been thinking about this for a while.
Honestly, it’s not about knowing every programming language or framework.
You need to understand the basics, solve problems, build real projects, understand how systems work, and keep learning.
But I think one of the biggest things is people.
Learn how to talk to people.
Listen to people.
Ask questions.
Help others.
Learn from others.
Build real connections.
Because software engineering is not just about writing code.
You build things with people, for people, and to solve real problems.
And today, AI is becoming a big part of software engineering too.
You don’t need to know everything about AI, but you should know how to use it well — to learn faster, solve problems, automate work, and build better things.
So for me:
Learn. Build. Solve problems. Connect with people. Use AI wisely. Keep growing.
