Jesus, today felt like 3 days mushed up in one

I wasn't sure what to say for a while so I stayed quiet. Dagmawi's event is something I will keep very dear to my heart. I won't be saying much for now but this. It was an honor to be part of the team. The team was fun, I joined and felt welcomed immediately. For the Nani two years ago, this event, being part of the team, the whole experience would have felt like an actual dream. I’m honestly still in awe that I got to be part of it all. It was so exciting to meet someone I had only fangirled over on the internet. But more than that, it was such a blessing to meet someone so humble, someone I can now proudly call a friend. Being able to shine in my element was something else. I kid you not, from the moment I texted Dag saying I wanted to help, the whole thing has felt surreal. And I met so many cool people, like genuinely fun people. Ughhhhhh I don’t even know how to fully put my feelings into words yet. Maybe one day I will collect my thoughts and write a blog about what this event actually meant to me. But for now, seeing Dag’s post made me realize I had not properly thanked everyone. My heart's refuge, God, I mean what can I say? Those who have known me would know how much God has carried me in the past 2-3 years. ተወራርጄ የማላፍርበት... literally my hiding place... Hana described it so well ለሚስጥሬ የማላፍርብህ ለጓዳዬ የማልሰጋብህ ወዳጄ ነህ ነፃነቴ ሰርክ የሚገባህ ስሜቴ All I am is because of Him. If anyone thought I was good at the stage, it was because of His Grace. If I am good at anything, because of Him. so all the credit goes to the Most High, to the One who continues to be a Father to me even when I fall short more times than I can count. The team, @Natyiu0, @Found_this, @KinfishFarms, you guys welcomed me so fast, it was like we knew each other from the start. I had fun running around with you. I hope more sweet moments keep happening that bring us together. @Dagmawi_Babi, oh Dag, I don't even know what to say... It was so beautiful to work with u. I genuinely am soooo honoured. Thank you for giving me the chance. Thank you for replying to the text. I am happy I got to organize an event with u and host it as well. I am glad I got to know u well through this. I genuinely look forward to the many things we will create together. To everyone who attended the event, I am so happy you loved it. Thank you for interacting with me and making my hosting experience easier.I am so honored to have stood in front of you. Thank you for seeing me with grace.. To all the people I met on the event, talked and clicked with, I am so glad I got to meet you. I can't wait to know you more. This whole experience meant more to me than I can fully explain. I’m still trying to find the right words for it. But regardless, I can find my thank you, so thank you.🤍🤍
