With all these commitments, -> how can I think I deserve 8 hours of sleep? -> How can I make time to socialize with such a busy schedule? -> How can I take long breaks without feeling guilty? -> How can I justify delaying tasks just because I’m not in the mood?

i was just αˆ˜α‰³α‹˜α‰’αŠ•αŒ myself How do seeking comfort and pushing your limits work together ?πŸ˜‘

Ask yourself is this really your best ?

Let’s pause here and pick this up tomorrow.

Technique 3: Find a Dedicated Friend One of the most effective ways to stay motivated is to find a dedicated friend who shares your goals. A good friend can encourage you, challenge you, and push you to keep moving forward when things get difficult. Having someone who believes in you and reminds you of your potential can make a big difference in your progress. Trust me this kind of support can be one of the best sources of motivation.

Technique 2: Remove Distractions Scrolling, short videos, random content they’re designed to steal your time. Check your screen time and see how many hours disappear there. Now imagine putting those hours into work that actually matters. Removing distractions changes everything.

⚠️ remember the time boundary and focus is the key for this one. ⚠️

Technique 1: Prioritize You’ll always have more tasks than you can finish in a day. Each one demands different time, energy, and attention. first Accept that you can’t do everything !! then Instead of trying to do everything: 1️⃣ Capture every task in a tracker (Notion, etc.). 2️⃣ Prioritize based on importance and urgency. 3️⃣ Set a time boundary. 4️⃣ Focus on one task at a time. Finish the current task. Worry about the next one later.

Over the last week, I’ve been experimenting with a way to use my time more efficiently, and I’m currently reaching about 85% productive use of my day. I thought this approach might help others, so I decided to share it with you. Although 85% might not sound very high, I realized that I previously used only about 60% of my day effectively. With this technique, I’m now working toward 95% or higher productivity.

#a2svquoteoftheday There are no foolish questions, and no man becomes a fool until he has stopped asking questions.

Life should have a 2Γ— button sometimes 😭
