I was having a conversation about surviving dorm life as an introvert and it brought me to something I have to actively remind myself everyday:
Labeling yourself as an introvert by no means gives you a free pass to approach people with hostility and refuse to put in the effort to communicate. Because like it or not, in order to have a peaceful coexistence (hala che berese have healthy interactions and build genuine connections), you have to work for it and there is no shortcut around that. Being an extrovert only means you may get to enjoy that process and feel less frustrated during it.
