The way this is so normalized in our society is sick, you either study hard to get full grades or die trying, otherwise you’re a complete failure and disappointment and a waste of time and effort being raised, people need to realize their children do not owe them success or wealth in which they did not choose to be brought into this life

My genuine take on the movie:
it actually was so entertaining you lowk never get bored which is an additional reason why i adore action movies, it blended comedy with grief and family loss so well and it had insane amount of references it was so funny actually like john wick, harry potter and others like every now and then they’d crack a joke with some reference which made it 10x funnier imo, the fighting scenes were THE SHIT they were the most entertaining thing about the movie and every now and then you’d SCREAM and put your hands on your mouth out of shock, and extra points cause i’m lowk obsessed with chinese culture and the settings and visuals and places of the film they were all masterpieces, had so much fun indeed
