причем в ubuntu sway вроде все работало и в дебиане тоже работало как будто на старых версиях

Have you seen that the latest KaOS Linux has Niri + Noctalia shell? I've tried it live and it looks very good. What about TileOS with Noctalia?

Дело не только в рантайме. Там некоторые файлы перезапишут файлы версии 0.2. Вот в чем прикол. Нужно придумать как её версионировать таким образом, чтобы поставились две либы. И симлинками уже указать где что
