So I was thinking about how this could legally override Congressional approval, which is by the way one of the many roadblocks that has stood in the way of any money being given to you. Trump is trying to fulfill his promises but when people continually throw roadblocks at him he has to start getting very creative . Private funding would change everything for large-scale payments like $5,000 “dividend” checks. Think EO POTUS wrote seizing corporations assets! Unlike Treasury or tariff money, private funds don’t require congressional approval. The Appropriations Clause only applies to money drawn from the U.S. Treasury, private donations sit outside that rule. Key differences: • Donors (not Congress) set eligibility, conditions, and timing • No deficit or “taxpayer money” criticism A real example: Michael Dell and his wife Susan pledged $6.25 billion in private funds to seed “Trump Accounts,” depositing $250 into investment accounts for roughly 25 million children. That portion didn’t need a new congressional appropriation because it was their money, not Treasury funds. Private capital removes any legal barriers 💥
