دیوان عدالت اداری تأکید کرد: تا زمان رسیدگی نهایی به شکایات مطروحه، مصوبات و تصمیمات ستاد ویژه ساماندهی و راهبری فضای مجازی کشور قابل ترتیب اثر نخواهد بود.
