Firstly, to all of you who agreed to take part in this gift and then kept all the details under wraps until the very end. I am also glad that almost everyone agreed to stay silent until the very end, pretending they'd forgotten all about it! And all of this while preparing for her Bachelor's thesis! She was ready to take over the coloring and rough shading stages (all of that so we would get to play Ark asap, haha); - Liran — helped me keep Ray busy till the end; - and, of course, Zyrn — the main organizer of the whole process who covered all the art costs. He helped choose poses for the characters, adjust sizes and attend to other details. 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ And a deep bow to the rest of the participants — your crazy ideas, funny poses as well as overall morale really lifted my spirits! I am very happy to know how many wonderful people there are in Ray's circle!

🎁-Happy BirthRay!-🎁 An enormous gift for Ray from his close friends! Two months before the anniversary, Zyrn messaged me with a new crazy idea to organize a huge gift for Ray. And I had actually been thinking at that moment about what kind of unique thing I could do this year, and the answer came from where you'd least expect it! And this very gift was the reason behind the long hiatus of commission openings! I started working a month and a half before the event. I needed to put together a list of people who'd been through thick and thin with Ray. I couldn't ask him outright, so I tried my best to recall everything I could remember. Of course, the list in my head was way bigger, but the amount of characters to draw was already plentiful for me. So we decided to stick with everyone you can see here. To be frank, it was a tough experience for me: 19 characters on a single canvas, especially on such a tight deadline.. On top of that, I had to major projects on my plate: artwork for Ark Zine and final project for 2D artist course. So I ended up with 3 major projects, all of which had tight deadlines. And I managed to finish them all in one moth! Which I'm very proud of! It was even more difficult to keep this a secret from the birthday boy! Since we talk every day, it got harder and harder for me to hide what I was working in the meantime. And whenever he asked me to stream what I was drawing, I had to quickly switch canvases and pretend I was doing something else! It was even harder was to "admit" that I hadn't managed to prepare anything this year, I've never felt so guilty, haha! It was even more difficult to keep this a secret from the birthday boy! Since we talk every day, it got harder and harder for me to hide what I was working in the meantime.
