worthy of your suffering??
This phrase stucked in my head.
Of course "suffering" is relative because for sure what I entitled as suffering could be someone else's comfort. But regardless of how we define it the question is .....are we worthy of our sufferings?
since my audience are medical students for most , I will highlight that medical journey part.
I personally get stressed, hate going out, couldn't eat and rest my mind whenever finals approach (or any exam with you know.. bulky content) and that's what I call my suffering.
For me with all this continuous stress i believe that I deserve a better future, a good job and a meaningful life, But another question comes here, Am I channeling the suffering toward my dreams or am I just suffering for something that won't be worth it in the future.
If your meaning for being "worthy" is being a great doctor, are your current sufferings leading you to that or just to a below average doctor that you defined as not being worthy?
In my opinion if I am not worthy of my sufferings then no need to suffer at all, and for that I might perhaps learn how to be chill while seeing my life directing to something i didn't wish for. But at least I am not suffering and getting a 0 , a better end than suffering and not being worthy to suffer from the start.
suffering is a part of a path like success is , but those who were put to edure it shall prove that they were among the strongest ones that could make it worthy and justify the cost .

Local builds are a lie. The production site crashed instantly on deploy with Can't resolve 'jszip' just because the package wasn't explicitly saved to package.json and pushed. Always verify your lockfile.

Yomu
an all-in-one reading companion designed for book lovers and audiobook enthusiasts. Whether you're diving into an EPUB, studying a PDF, or listening on the go, Yomu tracks your progress and gamifies your reading journey to help you reach your goals.
so one day i decided to get back to reading books(as any normal person does), and started reading, then since its been awhile i read heavy stuff(normal book actually, just heavy for me 👀), the process got boring, so i tried audiobooks, and now my ADHD kicks in and started taking me places while listening, when i got back am up to 2,3 chapter and the main character had died or sth, so i started reading while listening to the audiobook at the same time, that really improved my experience.
but now i face another problem, 1 am using two different apps, 2 i was using samsung music for my audiobooks so everytime i open another audio to listen to music i've lost the track of my timestamp, now everytime i get back to reading i have to find the exact place where i left of and continue from there, trust me do this once or twice a day, you're better of not reading at all.
so why not build an app for it that got both feature i need reading while listening and rememebers where i left off and all. thats why Yomu is created
'Yomu' means 'to read' in japanase and 'anytime' in afan oromo, so two languages, one mission: "To read, anytime".
since i used to use moonreader(the best reader ever), i tried to apply their best features here, including the little ones like, searching from web for hte book's cover
so i present to you: YOMU

Introducing ICare
I built ICare because I spend most of my day staring at a screen and kept forgetting to take breaks until my eyes started hurting.
ICare reminds you to follow the 20-20-20 rule by nudging you every 20 minutes to look away from your screen for 20 seconds. If you're really stubborn, Smart Eye Mode can block your screen for 20 seconds and force the break
To make things more fun, I added:
- Analytics to track your habits
- Streaks and badges to keep you motivated
- Different popup personalities
- A Savage Mode that might roast you for ignoring your eye health
I wanted ICare to be simple, useful, and a little entertaining.
I've been using it myself, and it's already helping me build healthier screen habits. I hope it helps you too.

If you try it out, I'd love to hear your feedback.

A DETAILED STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO STAY Poor by the one and only Alex Harmozi:
Start tomorrow.
Read books. Do Nothing.
Take advice from poor people on how to get rich.
Pick a spouse who makes you feel guilty about working.
Fail once, quit forever.
Blame your circumstances.
Wait for perfect conditions.
Blame others.
Expect the government to save you.
Value the opinions of others over your own.
Complain.
Avoid discomfort.
Need an immediate reward for working.
Tolerate mediocrity.
Make promises. Break promises.
Prioritize looking rich over being rich.
Work hard on stuff that doesn’t matter.
Say you're going to do something. Don't do it.
Wait until you’re “ready”
Do 99% work. Expect 1% results.
Do "your best" rather than "whatever it takes".
Say that you’re only poor because you’re “not willing to sacrifice your morals.”
Talk a lot. Do nothing.
Start something new today. Start something new tomorrow. Repeat.
Think that you should be ‘trading stocks’ when you don’t even have a stable income.
Make mistake. Repeat mistake.
Find something that works. Stop doing it.
Assume you're always right.
