The ref should get kicked like that himself at least once. He's literally encouraging violence

Paraguay players are overly aggressive to the point that it's reckless. I don't agree with how the referee is handling it. There should be more yellow cards

My reasoning. I use 3 criteria for evaluating nations' chances of winning WC in this order:
1. Team Synergy: Argentina has the best synergy closely followed by France. Other teams including Portugal, England and others are lacking here in my opinion.
2. Individual Talent: France clear everyone, their attack is made of the best players in the world rn. Portugal are second and England, Spain and Argentina follow
3. Motivation to Win: I think Portugal are the most willing to win because of CR7, France have a score to settle with a few teams and they know they are the best. England and Spain also have high motivation because it's been a while since they last won, esp. England. Argentina, on the other hand, are reigning champions so they don't have much to prove.

Good game. My takes: Kudos to Cabo Verde, they overperformed tremendously. Argentina obviously deserved to win, and I like them as a team, they have a very good synergy, they are really disciplined and hardworking. I'd rate their chances of World Cup success higher than most other top teams, second to only France though with a big margin. My list of favorites: 1. France (40%) 2. Argentina (25%) 3. Portugal (20%) 4. Other teams e.g. Spain, England, Morocco, Brazil (15% combined)

It's gonna too easy for France this time. I haven't yet seen any real competition for them
