Productivity, memory, and the speed of thought depend directly on the number of neural connections. In other words, constantly developing your brain improves the quality of our lives.
Therefore:
1. Use your non-dominant hand
Brush your hair or brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand. Right-handers use the left, left-handers use the right. This activates the motor cortex in the opposite hemisphere, and you’ll notice an improvement in your performance.
2. Answer questions creatively

Happiness shouldn't be a constant in our lives…
We can't stay happy all the time. We need a break from happiness; otherwise we won't seek nourishment or social interaction, won't set goals, and we'll stagnate in our growth. The happiness hormones, especially serotonin, fade away quickly. Nature has designed it so we earn these hormones each time we achieve a goal.
