The NSW government is currently in the process of passing legislation that criminalises “Nazi Conduct and Characteristics” which criminalises any nazi conduct in public, including online and online activism, discussion of the worldview etc. They are also proposing to adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism which is basically any criticism of Jewish people at all. This legislation is insane and really shows the hysteria of the NSW government regime just bending over backwards to appease the jewish lobby in the post-Bondi (had nothing to do with us) and post ‘Abolish the Jewish Lobby’ climate. Banning political ideologies and beliefs with jail time for peacefully engaging in them is never a good idea. It’s a known historical phenomenon that if you do not allow people an outlet to express their political beliefs, then a subset of that ideology will inevitably turn to violence as they see no way to advocate for themselves politically. I am not advocating for such and still maintain the same position, don’t do political violence. But the unfortunate reality is that some people will. They will make the mental calculation that you are going to jail anyway whether violent or not, and on top of that, people will also be frustrated that there is zero outlet for them to partake in their political beliefs. If the NSW government actually wanted to stop the chance of politically motivated violence occurring, this is the worst possible move they could do. But really they just want to ban rising legitimate political opposition to liberalism.

The NSW Government is moving to criminalise any public support of Nazi ideology with penalties of up to 1 year / $11,000 fine. This is doubled if the offence occurs near a synagogue, Jewish school or the Sydney Jewish Museum.

There seems to be this notion that we're just in a cooling off period and that it'll be back to business as usual once this court drama is over. Anyone who is clinging to that idea needs to face reality and needs to be focussed on things we CAN do and CAN control, rather than sitting idly by and hoping for a favourable legal outcome. People need to come to terms with that era being over, it achieved what it needed to, it showed that the spirit is alive and rapidly growing, it showed we are able to make significant political impact in this country with the limited resources we have and most of all it exposed the facade that is liberal democracy in Australia. We're finally at the point that where system will just straight up ban groups and threaten 5-15 years jail for hurting protected classes' feelings. Reminiscing about the past is not going to achieve anything, we need to look towards the future, we need to create instead of wait. There is a massive lack of NS content coming out of Australia, we have so many good spokesmen, each with different characteristics that appeal to the Australian public. We need to play to our strengths and get out of our comfort zones. Whether it be funny short form reels, long ideological writeups, engaging long form content. There is a massive vacuum to be filled and people need to find their niche. Joel was a great example of this, not all of his content appealed to everyone but he was consistent, funny and made multiple styles of content for people to consume and disseminate. I'm not saying everyone needs to go mask off and become a clout chasing e-celeb, but it's very easy to slip back into normie life, become selfish and apolitical, and use the excuse that "but there's nothing I can do". Your 1 rep max might not be doing a 3 hour stream talking about the worldview but it might be clipping someone else's content and re-uploading it, improving your speaking skills or even just working on your appearance so you aren't a fat dysgenic slob. Whatever the future holds we need to be adaptable and ready to go at a moment's notice. We need to maintain the energy we had from the past so we can redirect it in the future, as well as continue to grow whilst navigating this new political landscape. Do not sit idly by and wait for someone else to do something, be proactive, keep the momentum up, our efforts will be rewarded in the end.
