India's 12-year journey has transformed women from welfare beneficiaries to active drivers of national growth across every sector.
⭐Key Highlights⭐️
🤱 MMR fell from 130 to 88, institutional births rose from 79% to 90.6%, and 7.4 crore pregnant women were examined under PMSMA.
📚 Female higher education enrolment rose by 61 lakh, STEM participation crossed 43 lakh, and secondary dropout rates more than halved from 14.54% to 11.5%.
💰 32.49 crore Jan Dhan accounts held by women, SHGs accessed ₹12.18 lakh crore in credit, and Lakhpati Didi now reaches 10.07 crore members across 34 states.
🏠 10.55 crore clean cooking connections under PM Ujjwala, 96% of PMAY-U 2.0 homes allotted to women, and 973 One Stop Centres have assisted over 14.49 lakh women in distress.

👩🍼 ‘A Decade of Inclusive Maternal Healthcare Delivery'
⭐️Key Highlights⭐️
✅️PMSMA has provided antenatal care to over 7.50 crore pregnant women since its launch in 2016.
✅️The programme offers free, comprehensive antenatal check-ups on the 9th of every month at government health facilities.
✅️ High-risk pregnancies are identified through screening for 25 risk factors, enabling timely treatment and safer deliveries.
✅️MMR declined from 130 to 87 deaths per lakh live births between 2014–16 and 2022–24.
✅️Extended PMSMA, launched in 2022, ensures continuous monitoring and follow-up care for high-risk pregnancies until delivery.

India has redefined development through ecological stewardship — forests, rivers, wildlife, and coasts are now at the heart of national planning.
⭐Key Highlights⭐️
🌳 Forest and tree cover expanded to 8.27 lakh sq. km, covering 25.17% of India's geographical area, with carbon stock reaching 30.43 billion tonnes.
🐯 Tiger population soared from 2,226 (2014) to 3,682 (2022), with reserves expanding from 46 to 58.
🌊 524 river rejuvenation projects worth ₹43,030 crore sanctioned; industrial pollution load reduced from 26 TPD to 10.75 TPD since 2017.
💧 Ramsar wetland sites increased from 26 in 2014 to 99 in April 2026.
☀️ Non-fossil energy capacity increased from 30% in 2014 to 52.57% by February 2026, meeting the 2030 target 9 years early.
🌍 Emissions intensity reduced by over 36% from 2005 levels, achieving the NDC target 11 years ahead of schedule.
