➱ Collecting Duct: Collects urine from multiple nephrons and channels it towards the renal pelvis.

➤ Structure and Function: The ureters are muscular tubes💪 that transport urine from the kidneys to the bladder.🫘 Peristaltic movements (wave-like contractions) help propel the urine downwards. 🌿🚰
3⃣ Urinary Bladder 🧪:
➤ Structure and Function: The bladder is a hollow, muscular organ💪 that stores urine until it is ready to be excreted. It can expand and contract to hold varying amounts of urine, and it is lined with a special type of epithelium called transitional epithelium. 🩸
4⃣ Urethra 🚽:
➤ Structure and Function: The urethra is a tube that carries urine from the bladder 👝to the outside of the body. In males, it also transports semen.

👉 Tubular Secretion: Additional waste products 🟤 and excess ions are secreted into the tubular fluid from the blood🩸, refining the composition of the final urine.
Regulation of Blood Composition 🌊:
👉 Water Balance:💦 The kidneys regulate the body's water balance by adjusting the concentration of urine. When the body is dehydrated, more water💧 is reabsorbed, and urine becomes concentrated.

1⃣ Central Nervous System (CNS):
serves as the main control center for the body.

It consists of several parts, each with specific functions:

2⃣ Peripheral Nervous System (PNS):
is made up of all the nerves outside of the brain and spinal cord.
▻It connects the CNS to the rest of the body and carries sensory information from the body to the CNS and motor commands from the CNS to the muscles💪 and glands
➤ Somatic Nervous System: Controls voluntary movements🏃♂️by transmitting signals from the CNS to skeletal muscles. It also relays sensory information from the body to the CNS.
